FAQs

You have questions and we have answers.

If you have a question you can't find the answer to, simply submit your question below.  Chances are, if you have a question, so does someone else.

  • Can I pre-bowl? Can my team pre-bowl?
    A single individual can not pre-bowl for a regular Friday night game. A team is allowed to pre-bowl with a week's notice to the opposing team captain and notice to/approval from the league Secretary or President. A league Executive Officer, or its appointee, must be present at all pre-bowls; each team is limited to one pre-bowl per season; pre-bowl is not allowed on position rounds; pre-bowls are scheduled the Sunday prior at 9AM at Waveland Bowl.   • How is my handicap determined?
    The handicap allowance shall be ninety percent (90%), based on the difference between the bowler’s average and 230 scratch. Example: 130 average. 230 - 130 = 100. 100 x 0.90 = 90 handicap.
  • How much are weekly dues and how can I pay them?
    Weekly dues are $27. Dues should be paid using cash, check (preferred) or credit card payment. Credit card can only be used for payment in full and only up until the second night of bowling.
  • How are weekly points awarded?
    There are a total of seven (7) points up for grabs each night. Two (2) points for each game and a final one (1) point for total pins.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
