Welcome back to Chicago Pride League Bowling.

1. If you didn't join us for Registration Night in person on Friday, August 28th, or did not complete the following, you must do so before Week 2 bowling begins, else your score will be foreit:

   1. Review and sign your USBC membership card. See Ron Hall.

   2. Pay your USBC fee of $32 or provide proof of online/alternate league payment.

   3. Pay the last two weeks of bowling ($56), plus any current week(s) of bowling.

2. Payments

   1. Starting Week 1, all payments must be submitted in your weekly envelope along with the completed white receipt; YES, this includes any last two weeks and USBC payments not already made.

   2. Credit card can be used Week 1 ONLY for the FULL AMOUNT of the season:

      1. 28 weeks = ($28 x 28)*1.03 = $807.52.

      2. 28 weeks plus USBC = (($28 x 28)+($32))*1.03 = $840.48.

      3. One copy of the receipt, with your printed name and team #, should be included in the weekly envelope.

   3. Cash and check are accepted anytime. Checks should be made payable to Waveland Bowl.

   4. Questions regarding payments should be direct to Joe Warner, Treasurer.

3. Teams / Rosters

   1. Returning bowlers/teams: you have a NEW team number this year.

   2. We have 40 teams registered with several more and single bowlers waiting to join.

   3. Please review your roster and alert Ron Hall, Secretary, to any corrections/additions, removals.

   4. Teams are allowed up to 8 members, including substitutes.

   5. Alert Ron Hall, Secretary, to any team name changes.
